Similar to the standard rack system but it is raised so you can carry your skis that have high binding plates keeping them off the roof of the car. You can carry two snowboards or four pairs of skis. Fits most vehicles but some may require an adaptor.

There are many different styles and brands of carriers. Most are designed to carry either snowboards or skis. Some of the newer vehicles require the use of a manufacturer’s carrier, while other vehicles don’t care.
